Hello guys, I’m Akeel.
This is one of the hardest Questions I’ve encountered throughout my life, “who am I?”
Usually I give a description about myself to suit the Interested area of the person who asked me the question. But this time ill be genuine,
I love technology, Computers ,fancy tech hardware, Gaming . And I’m much of a forward hotheaded person . Usually seen infront of mics, cameras, audiences . Although i dont search for the headlight on purpose it was there to get highlighted. I am good at that , but now it’s time that I started something that I’m bad at or let’s say I dont know I’m good or bad .
I like to seek opportunity and grab them by putting myself forward into whatever tasks I may encounter, simply I say yes to thing even I do not know whether I can do . I like to be challenged and very eager to do something when someone tells me I cant do it . And the field of computing exactly matches this description. High competition, absolute gibberish new languages, codes and most of all a new “Beginning” .
So now I’m a first year Undergrad at IIT ,SE . And New to the SEF Devs group , overwhelmed .But ready for the challenge.
I’d like to think of myself as a creative problem solver. I’ve been interested (…and also submerged myself) in computer science and development since a very young age. So much so that I dropped out of my physics major to pursue my interests in this field. I’ve been experimenting and fiddling with all sorts of technologies and platforms to make new and innovative software.
Apart from all that I like to invest time in music. It keeps me happy. I released my first song last year and I keep working on my EP in my spare time.
I finished my Software Engineering degree at APIIT a couple of days back (didn’t graduate yet though) and decided to contribute my skills to a good cause

Well now I would describe myself as a Artist and a Designer also I would say I spend hours researching about things with the word Mystery on it . my friends would say I’m obsessed with aliens and ancient technology.
Also I’m a mad Formula One fan . I just love it. I go made during race week.
If I’m to talk about what I do . like I said I’m an artist I draw when I’m free and I do graphic designing digital arts and 3d models even YouTube videos. I work at a Digital Marketing company called Brand Ocean.lk and also I work with a company me and my friends formed call Calysma Digital Studios.
Also I’m a 3rd year student of Sliit Academy doing a computer science degree
Oh and have to mention that I’m also learning Russian .

Talking about myself, I would like to introduce myself as a person who loves to get opportunities to develop myself. As an IT student, I think contributing to SEF will help to enhance my skills what I need to be improved.
And also I have to mention that I was here in SEF (as a silent guy) for some while and failed to give my potential accurately . And also got forget to introduce myself to you all.
Been a silent guy is not good at all. And I’m looking forward to interacting with you all and will be giving my commitment to SEF.
And telling about myself a little bit I’m a 2nd year undergraduate at UCSC. And my other favorite subject is martial arts. I’m learning Shaolin KungFu as well as Karate and also Taekwondo.

So to tell you guys a bit about my self… I’m a 2nd year computer science undergrad at UCSC. I’m new to open source so… hope you guys will bear with me. Actually, @Gravewalker got me interested in SEF.
So to talk a bit about my hobbies… I like to listen to music and watch TV series when im free. I used to build small robots using arduino during my school years and i have participated a few competitions as well, but after i joined uni, i had to quit doin those stuff.

Hello everyone! I’m Tharinda Attanayake.
It’s um… really hard to introduce myself. We often introduce ourselves with our name, job title, the degree we have, or the college we went to, but that is not who we are right? In my humble opinion, I believe that we are all on a journey of finding ourselves. Anyway, since the purpose of this thread is to try and get to know each other, here’s a little something about me, which will help you get to know me (hopefully).
I’m an introvert and an overthinker . Even at this very moment as I’m typing this, I’m overthinking about what to type .
I’m also an observer. I love stargazing , it’s like meditating for me. I also do journaling as a hobby and mostly read philosophical, psychological, fictional, and fantasy books. I love singing and playing the guitar as well.
I’m a huge fan of oldies. I love classic rock, folk and country music the most. Apart from all that, I do love coding and problem-solving. I’m fascinated and intrigued by new technologies. I always try to stay updated and learn new skills whenever I can.
I’m a first-year undergraduate at IIT, majoring in Business Information Systems, affiliated with the University of Westminster in London, UK. Tbh I’m not actually sure what I can offer to SEF as a volunteer but I’m hoping to learn through contributing to SEF in any way I can.
