Some thoughts on ScholarX

  1. Better to set some guidelines when people apply
  • CV samples and guide lines on how to create a CV/Resume
  • Updating LinkedIn etc
  1. Monthly check-in should be available on the platform for both mentors and mentees. WDYT?

Adding the monthly checking would significantly increase the platform’s engagement. We can extend it to the mentors as well like a mentor evaluation.

Guidelines are also helpful specially on things like how to get selected.

We can add success stories and testomonials from both mentors and mentees.
