The current applications used on ScholarX for mentors/mentees gathers only the most essential information. I am tasked with creating a new draft application template to expand the information gathered from the mentors/mentees. This can improve the filtration process for both parties. I will be putting any questions under this thread and if you guys have any suggestions please feel free to add them here as well. @piumal1999 @anjisvj @jaye

Hi @DESIRA, I have added some comments for the mentor questions. Can you go through that and finalise it in a way that someone from the engineering team can implement it?
@anjisvj what sort of information can we get from past mentors to do an autofill of sort (if that is straightforward)
