Mails have been sent to the mentors/mentees who are willing to discuss improvements for the scholarx platform. A few mentors and mentees have responded with a few different timeslots therefore I created this thread to discuss potential meetings we can hold. Dates and times could be problematic since we will require the participation of not only the particular mentor/mentee but also from @jaye @anjisvj and @piumal1999 .We might also have to create a questionnaire to keep consistency and gather quality information. Any opinions and thoughts regarding how we can handle this better, are welcome.
