Improving the ScholarX platform frontend

As we created the MVP for the ScholarX platform there are some improvements that need to be done in the frontend. I will go through the current version and update this thread with what are the things that need to be improved.

These are the things that I found that needs to be done to finish the MVP.

  • Create a view to show the mentor that mentee got selected
  • Fix the height issue in the program cards in the homepage
  • Fix mobile responsive issues
  • Finish the signup view
  • Add logout option
  • Add weights to the program progress chart states
  • Update the code according to the new state ( MENTOR_CONFIRMATION )
  • Create a view to show all the mentors that approved the user

Thanks, @anjisvj! These findings are very helpful for planning! :hugs:

Hey random reader  ,

In order to find bugs in the system, we did a basic Quality Assurance and came up with a few minor bugs in the system.

This was a basic check and there are possiblilities to have more bugs too. Please drop a message in the thread or request edit access to the Doc here. Please keep an eye on this thread frequently.

Please check the Doc below

Happy Holidays!

Hi all,

We had a meeting on 2021-02-07T18:30:00Z to review the existing issues. Use the following link to view the updated doc

Since the meeting was taking too long it was postponed. Following are the remaining tasks,

  1. Review the rest of the cases after the 19th one
  2. Reformat the cases
  3. Assign priorities to cases

A follow up meeting will be scheduled for the rest of the above

As I went through the doc. There are quite some issues to be done. So I think we need 4 to 6 weeks to complete these issues because there are limited resources for the upcoming weeks. I’ll try to create issues as much I can so that other contributors can also contribute. @YohanAvishke
