As we discussed on the 2020 June 2w Standup, this is an essential thing to consider and it will be a structured solution to meet all the technical and operational requirements while optimizing the common quality attributes.

Hi @jaye thank you for initiation and I will share initial reference so that we can come up with our current as is state diagrams initially.
As discussed l, then we will move into fine tuning it further.

Thank you @YohanAvishke, not necessarily needs to be like the given diagram but important to capture, customer touch points(web-angular/react etc, mobile - react native/iconic) , API layer(nodejs, sodingboot), business logic layer, data/integration layer and cross cutting concerns such as logging, monitoring, security admin capabilities as applicable
