ScholarX V2 - Wireframes

Since the requirement gathering is completed, we are moving into the design phase of scholarx v2.

The following are the main pages we need for the initial version:

  • Public pages:
    • Home page (Which shows the list of programs and the details)
    • Program page (Which shows the details of a selected program)
    • Mentors page (Which shows the list of mentors)
    • Mentor details page (Which shows the details of a selected mentor)
  • Logged in users’ pages
    • Mentor Application page + Edit Mentor Application page
    • Mentee Application page + Edit Mentee Application page
    • Settings page (for changing user details)
  • Admin Dashboard
    • Mentors page (Which shows the mentors who applied for the program)
    • Mentor details page (Which shows the details of an assigned mentee)
    • Mentees page (Which shows the mentors who applied for the program)
    • Mentee details page (Which shows the details of an assigned mentee)
    • Manage program details page
    • Manage user accounts page (Which is used by the super admin to create new user accounts, assign roles etc)
    • Email notification page (For sending bulk emails etc.)
  • Mentor Dashboard
    • Assigned mentees page (Which shows the mentees assigned for the mentor)
    • Mentee details page (Which shows the details of an assigned mentee)
    • Final list of mentees
    • Overview and current status
    • Evaluations page
  • Mentee
    • Overview and current status
    • Evaluations page

(Some of these pages can be combined when designing the wireframes)

This is the Figma document we initiated for the ScholarX V2 wireframes.

Feel free to go through the wireframes and give us your comments.

Following wireframes are already created.

  • Mentors page (Public view)
  • Mentor details page (Public view)

@kumuditha_udayanga is working on the Programs page wireframe
@piumal1999 is working on the admin dashboard wireframes

The following wireframes were completed in the last week.

Admin dashboard:

  • Manage Mentors
  • Mentor details
  • Manage Mentees
  • Mentee details
  • Manage program details
  • Manage user accounts (of program)
  • Email notification page

The following wireframes were created during this week:

  • Mentee dashboard
  • Super admin - Manage users

You have done a really good job @piumal1999! Now before moving forward to the next phase we need to make sure to give a small update to @jaye and @akshika47 to make sure that we are trying to build the correct product. Can you organize a call?
