We are thrilled to be participating Hacktoberfest for the fifth time this year.
Do you want to join Hacktoberfest this year?
We’ve got you covered!!
What is Hacktoberfest?
Hacktoberfest is open to everyone in our global community. Whether you’re a developer, student learning. During the entire month of October, all you have to do is contribute to any open source projects and open at least 4 pull requests. And you can win awesome prizes like a T-shirt, stickers, and coupons.
Where can I find issues to contribute ?
Go to one of the following repositories and look for a suitable issue.
Throughout this month, our team will be creating issues, reviewing pull requests, and supporting you.
SEF ScholarX Frontend: https://github.com/sef-global/scholarx-frontend/issues
SEF ScholarX Backend: https://github.com/sef-global/scholarx-backend/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3Ahacktoberfest
SEF Site: https://github.com/sef-global/sef-site
SEF Handbook: https://github.com/sef-global/sef-handbook
How to get assigned for an issue?
Choose an issue you’d like to work on and leave a comment, such as “I’d love to work on this issue.”,
And one of our members will assign you to that task.
It’s first come, first serve
Make sure that the issue contains the “hacktoberfest” tag.
